About the event
Celebrate the start of meteorological spring! Join me on a guided Forest Bathing walk around Marbury Road Edible Garden and surrounding areas. We will visit the woodland and adjoining Highfield Country Park to explore with our senses. Let's rest our minds and awaken our senses to the invitations nature has to offer us. I will guide you through some sensory explorations to support you to connect with nature and yourself. We will close with a tea ceremony. Contact Kell at Marbury Road Edible Garden to book.
