We will be outdoors in the beautiful setting of Heaton Norris Park in Stockport. Take some time to engage your senses and rest your mind. I will be guiding a gentle Forest Bathing walk. Forest Bathing allows plenty of time to pause and reflect. I will be offering invitations to support you to connect with nature. We will have the opportunity to reflect and share our experiences. We will finish with a tea ceremony.
